Q: How can I be updated on the delivery status of my order ?
A: Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Q: What is your shipping policy ?
A: All of our products are made by individual Amish craftsmen. There are times when high order volumes may prevent the delivery
of your order in a timely manner. If shipment has not occurred within (30) days of receiving your order, we will contact you
requesting permission to continue. If shipment has not occurred within (60) days of receiving your order, we will again contact
you for permission to continue. Any pre-shipped cancellation will result in a full refund. Ohio Amish Made respectfully asks for
your patience and understanding during any delays beyond our control. Customer Service is and always will be our primary focus.
Q: Are the images I see on your website identical to the actual furniture pieces depicted ?
A: The images shown are photos of the actual furniture pieces advertised, however we can't guarantee all pieces will be identical
because each one is handcrafted separately .
